Delete Account in the App (Recommended)

Open AyudaFit App
Launch the AyudaFit app on your mobile device
Go to Account Settings
Navigate to your account settings from the main menu
Find "Danger Zone"
Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom
Tap "Delete Account"
Tap the red "Delete Account" button. All your data will be immediately deleted and any active subscription will be canceled.

If you cannot access the app, you can also request account deletion via email:

Provide Account Information
Include the email address associated with your AyudaFit account for verification purposes
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Immediate Actions
- ✓ All user data is immediately deleted
- ✓ Active subscriptions are automatically canceled
- ✓ Profile information, workout data, and messages are permanently removed
- ✓ Progress photos and exercise interactions are deleted
- ✓ Account access is immediately revoked
Important Notes
- • This action cannot be undone
- • You will lose access to all workout data and progress
- • Any active subscriptions will be canceled immediately
- • You can create a new account at any time
