You need an invitation code from a certified coach. Enter this code when signing up, and you'll be automatically connected to train with them.
Yes! AyudaFit is completely free for athletes when training with a coach. Only coaches need a paid subscription to manage clients.
Coaches pay $9.99/month (or $99.99/year) to manage up to 30 clients. This includes all features like custom workouts, progress tracking, and messaging.
Yes! You can view and complete your assigned workouts offline. Progress will sync automatically when you're back online.
You can request account deletion by visiting our account deletion page or emailing privacy@ayudafit.com.
AyudaFit is available on both Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store). We support phones and tablets on both platforms.
